We are a full service fitness center, equipped with Nautilus equipment, free weights
and cardio equipment.
We offer fitness classes, children’s karate, personal trainers,
tanning beds, and the Humana Silver Sneakers program.
Our fitness classes are held
four days a week and are free to members.
Children’s karate is held two days a week.
Personal trainers are provided upon requests.
We are PPO providers for CHP and BCBS
of Georgia.
As of January 1, 2008, CHP will begin reimbursing their members $150.00
on an annual basis for their membership.
You will find that HHFC is a unique club,
where you will always feel comfortable and welcome no matter what your age.
We also
have a chiropractor 2 days a week.
